Nano ledger is very popular in the crypto world.You can keep a small amount on the exchanges like coinbase to trade with but you should keep large amounts on a wallet. Remember to write passwords down and info and keep in safe place.You don't want to lose access to your cryptocurrency.
The ledger works like a flashdrive does.It stores your information offline.When you are ready to buy,sell or trade you just hook it to your computer .

3/4 cup oatmeal 
1/3 cup chocolate or raisins

Mix and bake 350 for 8-10 min.Can be doubled.

  10,000 steps the goal.
   2,000 steps is a mile.
   15 min.walk is a mile.
   5 x a week is 5 miles.
  10,000 steps is 5x15 min.

 Exercise and eating right .Taking vitamins to keep yourself fit and feeling good is important to quality of life .I feel better when I exercise .Keep your body strong by taking care of it.I like to eat greek yogart with blueberries in the summer and oatmeal in the winter.When I'm busy I try to walk 1 mile mon-fri .It's pretty easy to walk 1 mile in 15 mins.I even go on youtube and find video if weather is bad.There are 1-5 mile videos on there.They even use weights to make it more challenging and use more muscle .Have a great day !
